I phoned Premier today about a specific item that was not available on the web site. I spoke to Nathan who said he would check the warehouse for me and advised me to call back in 30 minutes. I was very impressed and even more so when he took the trouble to call me back in minutes. He has located and ordered the item for me which should be available to pick on Wednesday. Well done Nathan for amazing customer service

Staff member Alice was very polite and helpful, the shop appears to be more for beginner vapers and not useful for people who have progressed from basic cheap brands, having said that some brands were good but those were heavily over priced.

After my rubber bit for filling the tank voopoo model broke which was not under warranty apparently Renee ordered a me a new one which turned up wrong one I thought ok so got re ordered I said nicely will it be here by the weekend as I'm going away never turned up so got a tank in Newcastle went in for juice today asked Renee about the tank answer was told you we don't stock them very rude cashed in my rewards will not be back again
