Mamas & Papas Crawley (At Next)

Chloe is so friendly and helpful. I have just purchased my second buggy off of Mamas & Papas because of her customer service.

Popped in a few times looking at various items, including trying out a range of prams, and the Crawley team couldn’t be more helpful! They are all fabulous and so knowledgeable!! The Mamas and Papas range is also beautiful!Have now placed an order and their service is still exceptional! Thank you. Would recommend to anyone and we will be back!

Crawley Store - Very well served by Kiley, Charlotte, Chloe and Emma. as new parents we ve been there a few times and every time the staff was very patient to explain and answer all of our questions. They go out of their way to help you out. They are also very knowledgeable with their products and can offer sound advice from personal experience as mothers.

After EasyJet declined to help once they had damage our child's carseat beyond repair, we were stuck at the airport.I left my wife and child at the airport and drove in to Crawley, expecting to find the same abysmal level of customer service as at Gatwick Airport - I did not.Chloe, from Mamas and Papas, was genuinely the most helpful sales advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Chloe went out of her way to make sure that we had a carseat suitable for our travel back home, she also gave me a full demonstration and even thought about the little things, such as disposing of the packaging as it would not fit in the car with the luggage.I can't express my gratitude for the help that Chloe provided and I can't thank her enough for making a stressful situation less stressful!Thanks,Tom

The staff at the crawley mamas and papas are brilliant. The lovely lady (Mia or Megan) was very helpful in explaining all the features of the pushchair I was looking at and was very knowledgable about all the products. All the staff were very approachable and made it a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Fantastic customer service. Went in to order a new brake for my Ocarro. The manager had a look at the pram and explained it just needed cleaning rather than a new brake. She completed a mini MOT on both the brake and wheels and the pram was like new, saving me the cost of a replacement and the inconvenience of getting it fitted. Very happy and would recommend.
