Quoted £120-£180 based on number of rooms, charged £280, without valid reason given. When challenged, they brought price down to £250 as cleaning was already done.They did not move furniture away to clean underneath as I was promised they would do - when tenant asked about it he had to help them do it.To be fair, the cleaning was done to a good standard, they were responsive and quick, but I would advise you confirm any quote in writing and beware that you may be charged much more than quoted.

My carpet looks absolutely beautiful! Marius did an excellent job! He is very kind and considerate to everything around him. He certainly knows the product. Such a great employee! I had a wonderful experience today! I have had my carpet cleaned before with another company! They ruined my carpet.I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!

Best quality service ever from a carpet cleaning company. Mind you they don’t have to try hard. The equipment they have does all the tough work. It’s all in the van all you get is a pipe for cleaning solution another pipe for waste water. 100% sealed system that left our carpets like new.We have 3 dogs and I could not find a hair anywhere.The staff are pleasant polite. always highly recommend!

Very saddened by these crooks. Gave me a price and then increased it on arrival. Only cleaned around furniture, not the whole room that I paid for. They ruined my carpets and then accused me of doing something to them. Could not get them back but they took the money. They send two cowboys who don’t seem professional or understand what type of solutions/treatment different carpets may need.

Agreed a price and then they tried to change the price on arrival. They did not remove or clean under the rug until I asked them to do so. Unfortunately, the deep clean has not removed mild stains. Awaiting carpet to dry but disappointed with initial result.

I found the reviews misleading. I wanted to change the carpet. But when I saw the reviews I thought I would get it cleaned as it will be cheaper. After the clean literally only a 10% difference in before and after. Giving 2 stars as there is 30% difference on other carpet in rooms. They said it will take 1hr to dry but it took 1 day to dry and it is now smelling very bad. I am now looking to change my carpet in the reception room which looks like in the pic shown. This is after cleaning. I suggest change your carpet, its not worth.
