before this company- I had been having a nightmare finding a chair that’s safe and not going to fall to pieces on me. Now I have my Roma sirocco, it gets me all around London like I need it to and, most importantly, it hasn’t broken at all!!! Definitely worth getting a reputable brand even though it costs more- the quality is worth it- better buy one chair that works for £2500, than 3 cheaper chairs that all break for £1000

I am not one who leaves reviews.While researching I came across First Choice Mobility. I was interested in the Karma wheelchair and to my surprise the price of the same wheelchair was much cheaper in comparison to other competitors.Dominiq took the time to explain the different options I had to customise the wheelchair for my mother. He took his time explaining the options and giving his experitse. His advice and suggestions were absolutely accurate. We really like the wheelchair, both from my mum’s perceptive as a user and mine as someone pushing.Further, we made a mistake with the seat width size. I contacted Dominiq about our concern, he was so professional and understanding in wanting to resolve the issue. He acted as an intermediary between us and Karma trying to change the seat. Which luckily was done without any problem and quite promptly. Dominiq kept us up to date throughout this process.After further use the wheelchair is amazing to use, I cannot fault anything. However, this was not possible without the guidance of Dominiq at First Choice Mobility.In the future I won’t be wasting my time looking elsewhere. First Choice Mobility will be my first and final stop. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a canopy from this company the man I spoke to was very helpful and polite he told me my order would take approx 5 days to be delivered I was very pleased when it actually arrived after two days especially as the weather had turned so bad would highly recommend this company

We ordered this part to be delivered to West Australia as we were struggling to find stock available here. Delighted with the help received from First Choice Mobility Ltd. I rang last week asking if they hire of electric wheelchairs as my friend's mobile charger (non standard fitting from Care Co) was not arriving for another week. The staff asked for details of her wheelchair and made some phone calls. They managed to find a compatible charger which arrived the next day! Was impressed that the staff took the time to enquire about the problem, when I had actually phoned to enquire about hiring. Highly recommend this firm.
