Fantastic experience with Taylor’s Bradley Stoke. Mortgage Advisor Andy was so helpful and gave us all of the information we needed plus educated us on all of our options. Patrick in the sales team also brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable on the properties we were shown. Was inquisitive about what we were looking for in a property, listened to our feedback and requirements and went the extra mile to show us another property that better suited our needs. Patrick, Ross and Cerys all supported a recent purchase of my first home. Good communication throughout, often providing updates without myself needing to ask. Pushed hard at the end to get the sale through and always seemed genuine in working towards the sale.

Our main thanks goes to Ross who made us feel comfortable and reassured from day 1 with excellent communication be it by phone or email. Working with Taylor’s has been an absolute pleasure, especially as me and my partner were first time buyers. Our first seller pulled out of the deal but Taylor’s we’re always there for us and always informed us of properties that may interest us. Stephanie, Patrick, Ross and Andy have been absolutely fantastic, always wandering our questions and confirming things we were unsure of! They helped us secure a new property which was even better than the previous one we had put in for. I cannot recommend the Taylor’s team enough!
