Been ringing the phone all morning since 09:15. Nobody is picking up.

Wish I could give this store a 0 star review. A little while back I was also treated badly as a customer. I had recieved a bangle as a birthday gift with the receipt. But before I wore it I noticed it was a bit bent making it a bit fiddly to close. I took it back to the shop, asked for an exchange. To be rudely told that I had worn it and that's how it got like that so I couldnt get an exchange! Obviously I didnt wear it as I had only just recieved it at the time. Now knowing I'm 100% entitled to my exchange statutory rights in compliance with what it said on the receipt and my NVQ in retail and customer service, I was so annoyed I had to get someone else to ring WJ head office for me. They eventually gave me the exchange. But what a palava! Worst shopping experience I've ever had. I have never been in the cheap jewelry shop ever since., good riddance...!
