Nicki and his team are fantastic! They are a great team and all really helpful with everything. Need any help and they are always there ready with an answer to help you. They always have a great display up showing what they can do (they make all the items you see themselves) all are lovely people Nicki and team keep up the fantastic job. We were looking for a last minute place to get some professional photos taken of my son. His grandparents were visiting from South Africa and wanted to get some photos from him. Meet was wonderful and very helpful. She got some amazing photos!

Kate (Leicester City branch) was extremely friendly and helpful. Spent the time to explain the options available to me as I needed 11 pictures printed instantly. Would recommend on customer service and quality of the final prints.

Visited the place for a baby passport photo, but when I got home and started the application, I found out its blurry and completely out of focus and according to the government’s website: poor quality. Went back to get to another one done and to have the exact same issue for the second time. Although the staff was kind and I received a refund without any issues, when I visited them the third time, I would not use their amateur service again. Even the prints very pretty low quality in my opinion. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else
