I Bought a Honda CRV from this company two weeks ago. Came across a couple of idiosyncrasies which they sorted out post haste. I can only praise the way they dealt with me with the greatest of courtesy and patience being a senior citizen. It was most gratifying. A good experience all round. Kind enough to pick me up from Newport bus station after a coach trip down from Sheffield. Test drove the car back to Cwmbran. A final look around the car which had well prepared, and nicely charged up (it was my first EV). Sorted out the paperwork, and off I went. No pressure, perfectly charming throughout. I am happy to recommend Springvale, and would happily buy from them again.

Excellent customer service and very much the personal touch, very friendly and helpful. Adam picked me up from the station to bring me over to pick up the car no other garage would do that! I Am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend without hesitation.
