AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEUnless you like being insulted, lied to and having non existence customer service and communication....We went with this company because like most they have a brilliant sales pitch, and we wanted to support a family run business, however on day one of the kitchen being fitted it came to light that, that’s all it was... a sales a pitch.On multiple occasions we had to complain by email about the quality and standard of product they had fitted and they replaced it ( only after arguing with us of course )My partner even had to show them how to do their job on multiple occasions as they kept saying things couldn’t be done just because they couldn’t be bothered.On one occasion we had 2 quotes from both managers Sharon and Keith confirming a price, but when it came to it they wouldn’t honour it and just said it was a mistake, therefore we had to downgrade our kitchen as the new quote was double what they originally quoted.On other occasions they charged us for additional works being carried out and did not make us aware of the charges until the work was already done.The progress was painfully slow and everyday if we wanted any updates we had to contact them. It seemed both managers didn’t update each other on what was going on as we would different answers from each of them.After raising our concerns with them by email half way through, there response was “If you don’t like it get another fitter” and refused to do anymore work for us until final payment was made, even though on their contract it clearly states final payment does not get made until all works completed! Unfortunately we had no choice because we only had half a kitchen so we paid them the rest...On the “final day” we came home to see multiple things hadn’t been done. They had put the key through the letter box and hadn’t even called to say Thank You for our service, or to ask us to confirm we were happy with the kitchen. With that we emailed to advise there were multiple things we weren’t happy with and with no surprise we argued again. They emailed back and said they now had another job and would not do half the things on our list and would only come back to do 1 thing. This was after INSULTING us as we decided to keep our kitchen door by saying “ We have thrown better doors in the skip”With this we have told them not to come back and we will never recommend them to anyone!

I am very delighted with the work Keith and Rene done on my kitchen. The standard of work was excellent. No job was to big or small. They also had no problem doing extra jobs that was not mentioned at the time I decided on what I was having done on my kitchen. They were lovely guys very polite at all times. If I have any more work done in my home they will be the guys I would have back to do it.

Was closed weekdays but looks good online and appointments can be made

I am very pleased with the work I had done recently - two lovely fitted wardrobes, a coat cupboard & an excellent room divider. Renè, Keith & Sharon were a great team & nothing was too much trouble. The standard of the finished items was great.

After my malfunctioning oven melted the sides of my cupboard door and drawer fronts, Anne Wright were able to source me replacements that matched the rest of the kitchen so I didn't have to rip out the lot. Really pleased with their professional service and how fast they got everything sorted.

Amazing customer service, beautiful kitchen - would 100% recommend.
