Placed an order on Friday after speaking to Scott. I was promptly sent a link to the desktop we had had discussed. Was perfect for my home office. Desktop was delivered the next day free of charge and arrived on time as agreed. Was a tiny issue with a WiFi component which was missing but it was promptly sorted within a couple of hours and arrived duly and was not an issue whatsoever. Desktop is in great condition and runs smoothly with all the latest software. All in all, great product at a great price, great experience and awesome customer service! Very highly recommended and would most definitely be using again for all my IT/tech requirements. Thank you Scott and Ultracore, glad I found you guys.

Just wow.My service with Scott at UltraCore was truly amazing, quick and helpful. I had bought a pc from a friend a few years back and had heavily disliked the case up until this point and wanted to retire it as soon as possible as it no longer fit my room aesthetic.UltraCore was recommended to me by a family friend and I cannot express how amazed I am with the service I was provided with.My computer has never looked better.I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their computer case swapped, serviced or even just built!Thank you so much again. I called Scott on Saturday afternoon not long before they shut. However I was not going to be able to get there before then to collect. As I was at work scott hand delivered it to my door when he finished so that I didn't have to wait till Sunday to collect the item. Could not ask for better customer service and ill definitely be ordering again.
