Have used PPF for my last two mortgages, the most recent being November this year. Ed helped us lock in a great rate months in advance before the interest rate rises. My situation, being self employed always adds complications, but Ed was able to sort everything we needed with the bank which was a nightmare years back when we tried to deal with the bank directly ourselves.

Having Jonathan as my mortgage broker was far better than I ever could have hoped for. As a first time buyer the entire market and process of buying was extremely overwhelming and Jonathan helped guide me in nearly all aspects of it. He goes far further than just helping with the mortgage and his experience in property as a whole is invaluable. As a contractor also it was not easy finding a good deal with a lender but Jonathan was able to find a great deal considering today's market conditions. All in all I don't think I could have done it without him and I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone trying to purchase a property.
