On behalf of myself and my family I would like to thank Matt and the team today for all their hard work and guidance with my uncles funeral.From the first call we made to Carol the Funeral Arranger at Walsall, we felt like Cherish was the perfect funeral home for our much loved brother/uncle Stan. Carol was so caring, showed us a lot of compassion and took time to listen to our requests. She kept my family updated with the progress, so my family knew exactly what to expect without feeling they'd been forgotten about.Such a professional team who went through absolutely everything to make myself and my family feel at ease.We couldn't have wished for anyone better.Thank you for everything Carol, Matt and the rest ❤️❤️❤️

Cherish funerals are amazing. Tim is one of the nicest men I have ever met. They have done both my parents funerals. Dads in may 2019 and moms in january 2020 and I couldn't ask for more. A very old friend of mines mom sadly passed away on Christmas Day. There was lots of complications around her passing so didn’t have her funerel until 7 weeks after. My friend lived miles away from where his mom use to live. So arranging the funeral single handed, miles away and deeply upset with losing his mom was a very stressful time for him.Cherish funeral directors you went above and beyond.You massively supported my friend, after speaking with Carol 2 days before the funeral she added little touches she knew my friend would love.What a very kind and caring lady are you, I can’t thank you enough xI met the drivers and other staff who did the funeral and I was blown away, not only was they very sharply dressed but they was the most professional, caring and very friendly gentlemen ever!! They just seemed like one big family.Highly recommend you Cherish, my friend couldn’t of wished for anymore. The service you provided was outstanding.Thank you so much for all you did, you truly are in a league of your own.

I don’t know how to thank Cherish Funeral Directors. Tim, Sue, Arthur and Melvin were fantastic, compassionate and moved heaven and earth to give us the best day possible for my dad. It’s a scary time organising a funeral for the first time and losing a dad. But Tim, Sue and the team were outstanding. They made the impossible possible and we couldn’t thank them enough. The horse and carriage was beautiful, the dove release ended the day in such a calm and relaxed manner then we’ll be forever greatful. Sue looked after us through the chapel visit, Melvin lead the service and Arthur took charge on the day to make it memorable. Tim we personally thank you for all that you did and we highly recommend Cherish Funeral Directors.

Tim and staff were amazing from start to finish. Stuart was a great part of his team. Arranging the Church, the grounds, everything. We had horses, birds, the works. I don’t think it could’ve gone any better. Crucifix there at the side as we filled in my brothers resting place ourselves. Got the horse shoes from my brothers final journey.Have used Cherish a few times since, well feel we can only have the best for our friends and family. Our long time friend was looked after by Cherish, and this m9nth my Uncle is being looked after by Cherish.Price, well we saved over £4000 by using Cherish over the other funeral directors…naturally we shopped about before meeting Tim and his team.Tim thank you very much for all you have done for us and the family. Cherish Funeral Directors were fantastic from start to finish with taking care of my dads funeral.Carol was great when she came to the house and made it a warm comfortable environment.After that we was looked after very well by James - he is superb at his job and really gave me comfort in the lead up to Dads funeral.I cant recommend this company enough - they helped me and my family during the most difficult time of our lives, they was very professional from start to end.The pallbearers were brilliant on the day and gave us the opportunity for my dads pride and joy Teddy to put his paws on the coffin to say goodbye.The celebrant which was recommended by Cherish was brilliant on the day and made the service very special. We used Cherish ,to bury my Step Daughter. Have been to many funerals, Cherish can not be faulted. Tim treated our Daughter with so much repect and dignity and looked after us all the way through our grieve. Would recommend them to everyone, he makes your grieve, so much lighter to bare. Tim and his team provided a first class send off For my mother in law, and also put us in touch with the most wonderful Celebrant to lead the service.
