Penhaligon's Liverpool

Had a great experience in penhaligans Liverpool today with the young lady very helpful respectful and knowledgeable. Helped me and my partner choose some lovely scents and helped me with an atomiser I bought we will be returning.

First time visit today, and had wonderful service. I wish I knew the lady's name but she was so kind to my 4yr old. He has gone to sleep contentedly clutching the sample he was kindly given. Thank you

Amazing service! We recently visited from Cumbria and the staff we incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The staff really do understand their brand, its history and knew their products in fantastic detail which was truly impressive to us. My wife purchased two fragrances one for herself and one for a friend and they both absolutely love them. Thank you again to the staff in the Liverpool branch, we will certainly return.

I am a regular customer and never been served with such of respect and kindnes anywhere in Liverpool. I love gifting my friends what is i consider my favourite brand. The stag are so kind and willing to help that I am able to ring and arrange delivery or organise my shopping if I am in meetings or too busy to attend the shop.

Lovely shop. If you like fragrance go in and fill in a questionnaire and they will show you the fragrances that you will like. There is also a lot if history behind these fragrances. For instance Blenheim was Winston Churchill's fragrance. You can buy taster kits too. Very knowledgeable staff. The King has just developed a fragrance but it's floral. Based on the flowers as you walk through Highgrove in the summer. Fragrance fir men and women. Just too many to choose from.

I live in Greater Manchester & visited Penhaligon’s store in Liverpool city centre. I bought my very first Penhaligon’s fragrance, The Coveted Duchess Rose, from this store beginning of 2020 & visited the store again yesterday (11/5/22). I was served by one of the most friendly, lovely, professional & experienced lady, Ruth. She was amazing. She made the shopping experience really exciting for Me & my brother. I highly recommend everyone to visit the store & check out the most unique & breath taking fragrances. Thanks a lot to Ruth again for such a wonderful experience. Take care & Stay safe xx

The perfumes are fabulous but with high end fragrance you expect high end service and sadly the lady who I encountered today was so rude and stuck up I left the shop and placed my order online. I would seriously send in some secret shoppers to review the customer service as I feel it's really poor. It's a shame as the shop is lovely but I will never go in there again due to my experience today

Went into this store a few days before Christmas, I’d ordered online but had been told by email that my order was delayed. The staff were so helpful, My problem was sorted out right away with the provision of a new fragrance complete with a complimentary gift and Christmas wrap and the promise of a refund when my online order eventually arrived. Took the online order back and once again the staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. This is customer service at its best and will definitely entice me to return and purchase from them again. Lovely store.

We had a fantastic time today with Oliver exploring the perfumes and being given an indepth history of all the scents and stories that they come with! Oliver was professional and passionate about his job and it made such a difference to our experience. He answered all questions with genuine answers and even my husband had a fabulous time! We will definitely be back to purchase instore and hope to see Oliver and , I can only assume, the manager with the red lippy!! Such a friendly and personal team, a fab time had, indeed!
