Excellent service throughout. We were able to get a survey done fast thanks to a wonderful admin team, and Darren surveyed spending a good deal of time thoroughly checking out the property; excellent value. We subsequently had Chris and Greg carry out a treatment and they worked a Saturday to make our timelines, were punctual, professional and worked extremely hard. Really happy with the service provided by R&S and can’t recomment enough. Thank you.

My technicians, Chris & Deacon were at my house yesterday. They done a very thorough job. Cleaned up all of the dust when they were finshed. Explained everything to me and even chased up a report to my local authority for me. Pleased with the work. Thanks guys!

Finding damp in your home is very worrying but Darren made the whole process easy. He was calm and professional he explained everything very clearly and took the worry away from the whole process. He was always at the end of the phone and called and visited to keep us informed so we always knew what was going to be done.Chris and Greg did the hard work and they were excellent. Always on time calm and cheery and they worked very hard. Constantly tidying up to minimise the disruption and it made the whole process very easy to live with.I would certainly recommend them and we are very grateful for their help with what was a very worrying situation

Alan & Craig arrived and set to work immediately. They were fully informed about what they needed to do. Dust sheets and plastic were laid down to protect the house as much as possible. They were very thorough, professional and polite. A fabulous job. Quite a good tidy up before they left.The plasterers came 2 days later and also did a fantastic job. They tidied up very well (including washing a floor) before leaving.New skirtings fitted following day.We are thrilled with the work and workmanship. Greg and James carried out the work I needed done. I found them to be 100% professional and efficient the whole time they were working. They kept me up to date with everything that needed done and what they were doing. They were also the tidiest workmen I have come across. Made sure there was no excessive mess at all when they left. I would highly recommend.
