Martin has been great from start to finish. He was always great with communication and turned up when he said he would. He spent a great deal of time snagging the house and his attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I was debating spending the money for a snagger but he’s found issues that I wouldn’t have found and ultimately, this will save me money down the line as I now don’t have to pay for them to be rectified myself. Martin even took the time to come around afterwards and post a hard copy of the report; which is a nice little touch. Overall, I would recommend Martin. His rates are competitive and he does what he says he will do.
