I would highly recommend EARS Clinic in Stepps Glasgow. From the initial booking call to a follow up visit, our experience with EARS Clinic was excellent. My daughter had ear wax removed very professionally by Diane. Diane explained the procedure step by step and listened to our issues very carefully. My daughter’s ear problems are now gone. Definitely recommend. First time here with my husband both of us were delighted to get an appointment so quickly. Diane who we saw was very professional, explained in detail the various procedures she does. Put me at ease and I thank her for that.All the other staff were very welcoming and made our visit enjoyable.

Diane was more than helpful when removing wax from my ears, she so lovely and explained every single step. Customer service skills are unmatched and Diane actually took over an hour to remove the wax in a half hour appointment as she was so determined. I would rebook again and recommend her to anyone!

Easy and quick service. Phoned on a bank holiday Monday but still got an appointment the following day. Diane and the team are all very reassuring and explain the procedure fully. It was my first time having the suction process done and it was clear that the staff consider the full health of your ears and hearing and are there for follow up guidance and support if required. Procedure was quick and painless and I can now hear clearly again. Would highly recommend.

Sharing a great experience with Ears Clinic over in Stepps, Glasgow.Great online appointment system with regular reminders getting nearer the date.Claire was amazing. She makes you feel very at ease, give you loads of knowledge about what she's going to do, how you will feel - very reassuring.No pain or discomfort at all, just felt a little strange, but not in a bad way - I found it very relaxing actually.Especially loved the fact that she took photos of the condition of my ears before and then after - what a difference!Would absolutely recommend this service

A fantastic service from an extremely competent technician. I have never had such a small procedure produce such a massive benefit. The wax removal was painless, quick and has improved my hearing significantly. I'm hearing frequencies I haven't hear for years. Would highly recommend

Excellent experience.I was almost completely deaf due to a wax build up that I had tried to treat with ear drops .The wax had softened and completely covered the eardrums.The nurse used a vacuum device and a warm water flush to remove the wax and the result was remarkable.A thoroughly professional and friendly service which I would recommend to everyone.
