Awful Awful AwfulWe had been buying on a few occasions over the years from this company and had been happy. However we placed a big order for an expensive Duresta suite of furniture and coffee table and other items. On arrival, the table was dropped onto our brand new parquet wooden floor and damaged both floor and table, OK accidents happen but not ideal; but then we realised that the large sofa had been damaged in transit. We accepted it on the basis that it would be replaced. These things are custom made and so we had another long wait for the new one. It eventually arrived but we realised it was a small sofa, not the large one we ordered and paid for. Again another wait for the new large one. THREE years later and we still have not received it. Not only this but Chris is now ignoring all messages. HIs customer service is truly appalling.Save your money, there are plenty of good furniture shops out there.

Absolutely amazing service all round and great products. Gareth and his team showed us amazing kindness and support after we lost almost £80,000 in a house build disaster. Held items of furniture in storage, put no pressure on to pay and when we eventually got back on our feet - items delivered and look brilliant. THANK YOU

We place a large order for soft furnishings which at the time we thought were very expensive, this order is turning out to be a disaster, good are late and missing even after being told they had arrived, not turning up to deliver good when arranged. really rude and shocking customer services, unfortunately will not use this place again or recommend them to anyone.Update - it is now the end of January and we are still waiting for some items

A magnificent experience from start to finish. A wonderful selection of interiors to choose from and knowledgable customer service on every single product in store, I could not be happier with Watson and Browne. Gareth, one of the store managers was extremely helpful from start to finish, his ability to help me construct my ideal interior finish was outstanding. I will definitely be returning to Watson and Browne in the future.

Absolutely beautiful showroom with great ranges suiting many tastes and decors. Have purchased from on previous occasions. However 4 week ago my wife and I were trying to finalise on a suite of furniture. Gareth had been very helpful - he even helped us with a dining suite as well and arranged to take a chair home to confirm suitability. We were in the process of choosing a carpet to go with lounge suite when one of the senior advisors came into carpet area and asked to take the lounge suite swatches back even though we were in the middle of co-ordinating suite material with carpet. She said she would only be a few moments - 15 minutes went by I went back to the suite area no-one was there and no swatch book in sight. We left the showroom - Gareth again helped with chair to car. I expressed my disappointment at how poor the service was by other members - he offered us goodwill - no deposit for chair and a free designer consultation. I returned the chair first thing Mon morning as the store was opening - Chris who now is in charge of this business was present but failed to inquire how we got on over weekend with sample chair. Given this level of service on Sat afternoon and Mon morning we left the entire purchase in the showroom. A real disappointment - Chris and other key stakeholders of this family business need to reflect on this appalling level of service.

Special as always. We hadn't been there for ages but Donna was so customer friendly. Welcoming and personal. Choice of home furnishings is outstanding. Highly recommended. Gerard Hanna
