Great experience, from the treatment perspective and service care. Monika is very knowledgeable and supportive.The researched behind hyperbaric therapy is there and I wish there was more popular so anyone with underlying conditions could understand that body has tremendous ability to heal itself only being given right support.

For the last 12 weeks I‘ve attended oxygen therapy with Monika at Temple Clinic for my Chronic Fatigue.She had advised I come 5 days a week but I found the sessions very tiring so I asked Monika if I could attend just once a week. Although it was not in accordance with her protocol, I found the weekly sessions very beneficial, within a couple of weeks I started to feel more energetic and now the fatigue is completely gone, I no longer need to sleep during the afternoons. The oxygen therapy is a major contributorto all of this but additionally, during this time, I had sessions with a naturopath which complimented the oxygen therapy, the combination of nutrition and the therapy is the key for chronic fatigue. I highly recommend Monika, she is professional and very caring, always going above and beyond to establish if the therapy is right for you.

Where do I start, I go in every week for my session, I have done this for about 4 months and had a miraculously quick recovery from a varicose ulcer. The staff members have been most helpful providing me extended knowledge and advice on how to proceed, reason for such a quick recovery. I am all better now but my journey at Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is something I intend on carrying on for a long time. Monika is one of the most positive people I have ever met, she goes the extra mile for every single client and with time I've found a friend for life in her.

Monika and Mark are diamonds to work with they come with a wealth of knowledge and understanding which is much appreciated especially when your new to such treatment! Since coming here my cancer tumours have been shrinking and my pain not so intense for a day after the treatment also! Its a win win for me and my current health situation. Thank you !

I have had a very positive experience attending hyper baric oxygen therapy with Monika . My symptoms of pain and pressure in my head have definitely lessened over a course of treatments. Always a pleasant environment and Monika is knowledgable in many aspects of health and well-being. Highly recommend .

I loved the experience. Monika has an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things health. It really makes a difference when you have someone who really wants to help you to heal. I learned so much and looked forward to my appointments. The time spent in the chamber is incredibly chilled and relaxing, time out from life stress! If I had the time and money to do it every day I would.

I thoroughly enjoyed my session at Body Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen & Drug-Free Healing. I didn't know what to expect but Monika put me at ease and explained everything to me before entering the pod. It was a really relaxing experience and I came out feeling much more alert than before my session. I definitely felt more energised the afternoon of my treatment. Looking forward to coming again soon
