Hi jake came to my house to repair my chinnesse laser cutting machine,which needed a new sensor, and also helped me with some sittings as I'm a complete novice and he was very helpful, and I can highly recommend him and his company.R.sampson

I first had the pleasure of meeting Jake when he installed my laser machine. He explained everything simply,concisely and gave some great tips . Since then I have had some further lessons and again he couldn't be more helpful and patient, nothing is ever too much of a problem. I could not recommend Focused Laser Systems highly enough.

Excellent company to work with, and very helpful on the phone when I called to fix my laser. Instead of charging me a lot to come to me, they fixed my machine issue remotely over the phone and on the computer. Will be using them again, thank you!

We first had the pleasure of Focused Laser Systems when our new laser machine needed a few tweaks to allow it to run perfectly. Jake was excellent and explained the process really well. 6 months later with a new staff member on board with our Laser work I had no hesitations in contacting Jake and arranging a training day.He has advised us on what software to use, as well as helped with alignment issues over email. He has just finished a full training day where we were able to learn all the functions of the software as well as helpful tips and tricks whilst using the Laser.We would recommend Focus Laser Systems 100% and I am sure we will use them again ourselves in the future.Many Thanks!!!!

Focused Laser Systems have been amazing, their customer service has been first class since we engaged with them to resolve our issues with our laser cutter. I first came across Jake at FLS when searching for my first machine. He stood out to me above the other companies I was looking to purchase from as he was so friendly, knowledgeable & super helpful in me making & taking the plunge into Laser Cutting. Everytime I've contacted him since with minor issues along my machine learning curve, he's been easily contactable, readily available at evenings & weekends and has always managed to solve my problems quickly & efficiently. I would recommend FLS to anyone & will definitely use them again when I look to renew or replace my machines in future.

Jake replaced a damaged controller in our machine, and went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of the machine worked as it should after the replacement.Very fairly priced and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a service or a tune up.
