PACK & SEND Salford Quays

I used PACK & SEND Salford Quays to ship artwork to and from USA previously and I was extremely happy with their service. More recently I sent two paintings to USA and PACK & SEND were excellent. If you want artwork packed and sent across the world safely and securely then I would strongly recommend PACK & SEND.

Pack and Send were friendly and helpful from the very first phone call I had with them about sending a very large painting from the UK to Colorado, USA. Dave in particular, who deals with paintings couldn't have been more genuine and helpful. Everything he quoted me was exactly what I was charged. The pick up and drop off of the painting was 'spot on' and I can only thank this company for their outstanding service.

A lot of help with our international shipment. Although the customs in the country were being tricky, I was provided with as much visibility on the shipment as was possible due to Pack&Send being consistent in chasing for information.

I used Pack and Send to deliver my Mac computer from Blackburn UK to Berlin. I paid £295 for the delivery. But I was shocked to find I had to pay €572 for Duty Tax in order for them to release it or it would have been returned back to the UK.I would have liked to have been informed of these costs beforehand. Hence the 3 stars.I emailed them to tell them Thankyou for warning me about the high Duty Tax costs and I received an email back telling me quote:Good Morning Michelle

I recently had to transport three large instruments from the UK to the US and had a great experience using Pack & Send, Salford Quays. The instruments were picked up in the UK in their flight cases and then packaged in additional packing and delivered to my door in the US. Everything was packed really well and the instruments arrived without any damage. I had been hesitant about transporting these items and kept putting it off, but I'm happy that everything made it quickly and without damage. Deborah (and everyone else on the team that emailed) were super responsive and helpful, including sending me the relevant Customs forms I needed to fill out. If I need anything else sending in the future I'll be using Pack & Send again!

The service experienced was great. For ceramics I am always nervous but a safely packed parcel arrived with everything in perfect condition. Prompt and polite I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I used Pack&Send to collect items I bought at an online auction. They arranged collection with the auction house, packed the items and delivered to my door. Excellent service.

I had an item that wasn't small, porcelain, with what I could see was at least one major crack across it. ( It turned out there were two large pieces that had come away and been glued back). I requested careful packing and double boxing.The result? I have only once in the past received a package anything near so brilliantly, thoughtfully, and carefully wrapped. As I was unwrapping it, I thought I shouldn't go further, but keep this as a living example of how to pack supremely well. Congrats and THANKS to Colin and David; the piece survived everything UPS could do to it, and I will absolutely use P&S for any other items acquired in their catchment area. VERY impressed by their service and expertise.
