Good afternoon Sarah & NatalieOn Friday morning your team, led by Darren, laid my floor screed and I wanted to let you know what a great job they did and how professional they were. The screed looks lovely and smooth and we are very happy with the end product. Darren was very amenable and informative. Which is just as well because I had many questions. Your help and advice in advance of the works was great. Your documentation very information ensuring we could get the preparation work done to a standard which ensured a good finish on the screed. I can’t believe that they were done and gone by 10am but that’s what happened. Everything ran smoothly. They clearly know what they were doing and I was immediately satisfied that they knew what they were doing. It has now been 3 days and we have walked on the screed and everything looks great. I shall most definitely recommend your services to anyone wanting floor screeding in the future. I had been forewarned about some horror stories that could occur but I am pleased to say that your guys are well trained, knowledgeable experts and the finish achieved is testament to their desire to do the best job that they can.

Considering it's normally not known to be the most glamorous process, Express Liquid Screed managed to make the whole process one of the smoothest experience in the whole build. From the beginning the service was always transparent, pro-active and friendly. Olivia in the office dealt with all the enquiries in a clear and personal way, caught up about progress, sent out reminders and dealt with any technical queries.After having had really clear instructions about the required prep work, the work was carried out in a calm and professional manner, making sure that everything was protected. After completion they made extra sure to leave the site in a clean state and the outcome is perfect (surveys showed that there was only a 2mm tolerance in the screed level). Can't recommend Express Liquid Screed enough.

I recently had a anhydrous screed poured and my experience from initial contact to delivery was superb.The website has loads of info and all emails were quickly responded to.On the day of the installation the chaps were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely zero mess.Some time after the installation I noticed an issue, so I contacted Sarah via email,who responded within an hour and said that Ashley was on an installation locally and could call into to have a look if that was convenient.Ashley duly arrived and agreed that it wasn’t right and would set about correcting the issue - a slight hump -The following week was agreed and again they arrived on the day and set about reducing the hump. It couldn’t be eradicated completely due to the underfloor heating pipes but further advice was given to ensure a totally level finished floor could be achieved.I can’t recommend this company enough as the real testament isn’t how well a company performs when things go well is how well they handle issues should they arise afterwards. This was a masterclass in handling such an issue

Right from the start Express Liquid Screeds were amazing. Liv who works in the office was just so 'on it' and very responsive on email and informative/knowledgeable and helped me decide on what I needed. She was just a lovely person to deal with..I would hire her in a heartbeat!Dan and Tom who did the installation were also lovely guys and really helpful and did a first class job...the screed is so smooth and level.
