Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, Glasgow Mount Vernon

I have been using the dual control cars from this branch for the last couple of months and my experience couldn't be better. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were great when I had to make last minutes changes to my booking - nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to drive. Thank you so much!

Recently purchased a car through Click & Collect.Service was excellent and Callum Black at the branch could not have more helpful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was an issue to him. A real asset to Arnold Clark.Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle this way....

Excellent service and good reliable vehicles. The staff are very helpful. I had one slight issue that was dealt with quickly, without any fuss.

Worst service avoid ! reading other reviews I realise they were being difficult for no reason other than the way you look , creating issues that don’t exist just to avoid giving the car , came in with all required details but apparently was missing documents ? Of which there was no mention of on email or over the phone, lady manager clearly made it up to try and cancel booking , boy at desk also doesn’t have a clue about his job stuttering when challenged , got the car in the end though they tried there best not to !

Collected my new car after being transported from another site. Ross was great but the car on the other hand was substandard and was very unhappy upon collection. Ross called ahead to the branch to advise I will take the car on the basis it was put into a bodyshop and fixed to the standard it should be. Just a shame I had to see the car this way as this wasn’t the standard of service I was expecting from AC

All the staff are incredible! Ellen and Donna have made my experience so relaxing and easy. Feel like you’re coming into friends when you walk in the building. Knowledgable and supportive. Thank you so much for everything.

Arnold et Clark a les meilleurs prix de loin. Nous avons cherché chez les loueurs connus en France hertz etc.... Mais chez Arnold Clark nous avons paye 200 € de moins pour 7 jours. De plus nous avons été super bien reçu. La dame été charmante, elle nous a offert une boisson chaude et des petits gâteaux, nous a demandé de lui raconter notre voyage et nous a donné des idées d'activités à Glasgow. Une dame vraiment très gentille et accueillante ! On est incroyablement bien reçu et c'est moins cher. Que demander de plus ?

I’ve hired from this branch loads of times and frequently extend my rental when I have one. The girls couldn’t be more helpful and are always so lovely each time I collect/drop off my rental vehicle. The process is smooth and easy each time and the cars top quality, clean and reliable for the long journeys I often take up and down the country.

i must say that i can only commend the service received form Arnold Clark .Initially from Ross Chapman and later on from Joseph as Ronnie had gone on holiday .Although Ronnie being on holiday i did not need to explain the deal in any way of the car that i was purchasing .Going on holiday myself meant that the car had to brought to Glasgow from Newcastle within 2 days ready for me to part exchange .This again could not have been easier .Ross form Glasgow called me from Click and Collect and although i had missed his call he did leave me a message .i decide to just turn up and hope that i could be seen and the handover could be done quickly .Again i was hoping for a smooth handover which again couldn't have gone any smoother .Ross from Hamilton Road arranged for the car to be washed , walked me through with a fine toothcomb and did the transaction .he was absolutely not expecting me and as it was quite late oin in the afternoon , he arranged the tax and got me on my way as easy as that .Ross was very professional and courteous and didn't bother that i had just turned up without an appointment .i must say that's the first time dealing with Arnold Clark the Co. Would go as far as saying that Arnold would be proud of such an amazing business he has left behind and of the people that continue to keep the highest of standards .thank you and my appreciation to Ross (Glasgow ) Ronnie and Joseph (Newcastle)
