An excellent store with great variety and bargains in the very convenient Pemberton Retail Park with ample parking.The public toilets were out of order though on one Thursday afternoon when we were shopping! There were hardly any staff on the floor to call for assistance but we eventually managed to find someone.

Always tidy and organised, as for the recent review of the DIY section being disorganized and messy....That's incorrect information!!! Looking organised and properly priced. Extremely helpful, friendly staff and the store is always nice and clean. A credit to The Range staff and their cleaning crew.

We visited on a Thursday lunchtime.The menu offered a choice of different filled baguettes, so I ordered a steak one, only to be told they had run out of baguettes. Not a great start.We ended up ordering burgers with chips. Food tastes/looks like its brought in pre-prepared/frozen...not that impressed.

Today at the range i had an awful experience, first time in this range. Me and my mother in law came to look at the Christmas light getting ready for the festive season. Walked in and ALL the lights were on the second floor, and my mother is disabled and cannot walk up the stairs the TWO lift are out of order. It is mandatory in the UK to have a lift on a two or more story floor. We have been told that one of the lift have been out of order for a while and the other one was waiting on a part. It is disgusting that nothing is in place to help disabled people up and down the stairs !!

Nice store well laid out and a lift to the upper floor for those with the need. Small garden centre. Lots of interesting items from stationery, curtains, tableware to plants, and DIY bits and pieces.

Store is faultless, bought lovely garden set. Sadly delivery and customer call centre let it down but in store manager did her best to help
