Excellent local bike shop. Took my wife’s 10 year old specialized mountain bike in for a service and it now rides like new. Whisper quiet and everything works perfectly. Bearing in mind the parts that needed replacing and amount of work required, the bill was very reasonable, especially when compared with other shops I’ve used in the past. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and there was no trying to sell parts I didn’t need, again something that has happened in the past at other shops. This brilliant store and Mike deserve their growing reputation and all the five star reviews. Thank you for an excellent job!

Outstanding service from the Cycle Tech team. My son's bike was given a well overdue service, parts replaced, fair price and all done really quickly. Thanks again, one very happy customer who will definitely be returning.

Best bike shop! Been a loyal customer here for years and cannot recommend highly enough. Mike is a great guy and super friendly, as well as being a wizard on bikes of course. Lewis is also brilliant. Great service, general bike advice and chat. It's always a joy to visit!

This is the go too place for your bike in Hertfordshire, my bike has had a hard off road life and Mike at CTH has given it a new lease of life. Great service, good value and most importantly loads of expertise. Good old fashioned customer service, something that is missing from our current digital world.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Skilled and quick mechanics have fixed any problem I've had. Have come back many many times for the high quality service provided. They have worked on high-end road bikes to mountain bikes and normal every day bikes and have done an outstanding job every time. 100% would recommend to anyone.

These guys could not have been more helpful. Organised my bike repair swiftly (next day!), talked me through what was being done, checked the repair was effective and the price was fine.Shop is well stocked and all in all I could not be happier - and neither could my bike!

Having used Mike to service, repair and rebuild my bikes for years it’s high time for a review.Always on hand to sort out my many cycling mechanical issues in a prompt, friendly and highly professional manner. In a modern age, the whole team provide a level of service not easily found today. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I had been struggling changing cogs / gears on my mountain bike for weeks now; one quick visit to Mike (at St. Albans Station), not only is the problem diagnosed but full repairs carried out and bike ready in no time. Have just been for a proper cycle, bike is running better than ever and for the first time in weeks I actually enjoyed my trip out. Many thanks to Mike, as always a fantastic skilled service.

Most un helpful business I have ever used. And they say support local businesses! Huh if your face doesn't fit is more to the point. Back to Halfords it is. To think I spent over £1700 on 3 Diamond back bikes too..

I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by CycleTech. Mike the owner has an approachable and professional manner. He diagnosed the fault with my gears and has now fixed them at a very reasonable cost. I am a very happy customer and can definitely recommend this bike shop.
