I have visited the store today during lunch time and unfortunately there was a power cut. Regardless the situation the staff greeted me at the door to try and help me with my issue.I Had my phone line cut with no previous warning from Three because my ex partner, the main account holder just decided doing it without consulting me making me lose my phone number I had for 11 years.As there was no way of accessing any information or having a new contract made I returned later in the afternoon hoping the power was back and luckily it was!I cannot be happier with the service both Saif and Erona provided Me. They helped me try and see what could be done to retrieve my number- which unfortunately it’s not possible- and then Saif advised me on the right phone and plan for me. Their help, empathy and expertise were the only reasons I decided keeping Three as my phone provider, after this whole ordeal I have been through.It is very irresponsible for Three to allow these things to happen with secondary account holders. I should have been consulted by Three as a standard procedure or the account should have been split, as they had my personal/bank details, as I paid for my own bill. People have abusive partners, and this procedure of Three basically enabled an abusive man to get hold of something that is both personally and professionally important for my life. Not to mention I have lost an important doctor’s phone appointment I have been waiting to have for a year that was scheduled for today and now don’t know when I’ll be able to have again.Hopefully this feedback will get to the company and you can review the way you deal with accounts.Thank you Saif and Erona for making my day better and for making me feel seen. :)

im not with three on my smartphone but i went in today looking for a sim card for my new (old) flip phone. saif was humerus & a super great help, and all the while explaining calmly to 45 customers throughout the day why the service was down hahah. hope it doesn’t get to 100 by the end of the day lol. cheers !

I went into the 3 store at Liverpool Street and was served by Uju she was amazinggg helped me get an unlimited sim for a very good price and even helped me get directed to get to Brussels as im travelling tmr. She did everything with a smile on her face and honestly best ever customer service experience, she deserves a raise!

I just wanna give a caution to people from foreign country,especially if you can't speak in london accent they will steal your money from best of knowledge I can remember I was served by a lady call FATEMA as I went to this for a sim contract and the beginning of the conversation I explained her I'm working part time really struggling with cost of living but end of the deal she gave me WiFi modem which cost Mt me £30
