Communication was prompt and we had a video call to discuss my requirements. The proposal they produced was detailed, fair and met my expectations on price and support.The website was built within the agreed time, despite me being quite a demanding customer and there being some fairly technical requirements to overcome! I have been really happy with the ongoing support provided too - communication is always prompt and on the couple of occasion where I have required truly urgent help they've jumped on the problem (and resolved it) really quickly.I'm really happy with what Bird built for me and the service they continue to provide, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
