I had an issue with my Audi S5, which was covered by warranty I had on the car. Taylors handled the entire claim and were incredibly helpful with resolving the issue. Very happy.

I put my VW van in to get two bits of electrical work done. They said that it wasn’t possible to do the work required due to the build of the van. I wanted a new leisure battery and a power source installed. So basically did nothing but because of their charges for having a look I was charged 200 pounds for nothing sorted. Three month later I get the number of a VW campervan garage, put my van in, get the work done and mechanic basically said Taylor’s we’re talking utter rubbish. Won’t use again

Went to the Garage with a faulty engine and they diagnosed the fault really quickly. Not only that, they pointed me in the direction of a Peugeot specialist who repaired the problem the following day. A first class service from Taylor's!

Very pleasant welcomeExcellent service on the day, not a big job but they managed to fit me in & was done right away. I was maybe 40-50 minutes from start to finish. The price was also very competitive.In all a great service.

Avoid. I had problem wit my car air con went there and asked for a price of an air con service to find out what’s the problem.They said nothing only for gas if they will manage to top it up . They couldn’t find the problem and had no idea what was wrong and tired to charge me for 2 hours labour despite saying that service is free I didn’t agree so end up paying £90 for gas they used while running checks.Absolute rip off as they are trying to take your money without even fixing the problem or even proper diagnostic.

Repair was a good job as far as fixing the problem is concerned (was a bit pricey but whatever). Annoyed because the cover for the part being replaced magically vanished while the car was with them and they refused to replace it, citing that their mechanic said there never was one. Oh wow, yeh great, I guess that solves everything then...oh wait, no it doesnt. I'm still missing the cover for the fixture. So If you going to use them, take plenty photos beforehand cos they wont own their mistakes.

I took my Peugeot 307 in for a window regulator, first to diagnose second time I got the wrong part sent (suppliers fault )and third time I took the right part’s in the boys were magic every time very professional and i strongly recommend people use these straight talking no nonsense experts, I had a fantastic experience cheers guys very very reasonable also it was about 50% cheaper than I expected, thanks again to cole who worked on the car, service was class cheers will be back in l the future if I need anything done!

I just wanted to type a quick review, of Darren Winterburn.One of the guys behind the counter.He really helped me out, in getting me hooked up with the right equipment.I needed rear passenger heating for two of my taxis.I ultimately got two Eberspacher S2 D2L's.Taylor's fitted it. And I'm very happy with the results!These two taxis, are no longer Ice Boxes".... But OVENS!"

Easy process to get car booked in, diagnostic tests run and problems solved. Technicians kept me informed and the cost of the service was reasonable given what was done.
