So excited that a new dedicated children’s class will be running, we always thoroughly enjoyed bringing our little one pre lockdowns, a friendly and safe environment for all, and my little one absolutely loves it, he’s grown in confidence, made new friends and is always showing off what he learnt eagerly awaiting his next lesson!

ToriKai Martial Arts Association
have been training with Torikai for 3 months now. I was so nervous to join but everyone was so welcoming. I felt looked after, especially as I only had my baby and c section 7 months prior and never once felt pressurised to do anything beyond my capabilities. The only regret I have is that I didn't join sooner. Not only has it been amazing for my physical health but my mental health too.
