Hands down the cleanest, friendly place in this area. Love this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. The staff members are skilled in nail artistry, creating intricate and stunning designs that showcase their creativity. I love Elegant Nails Burton! Absolutely excellent customer service and an even better manicure.

First time I've been to a nail salon. I love my manicure with gel polish. The salon is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and professional. If you like natural looking, nice and strong nails. I would definitely recommend Elegant Nails Burton.

I've been to Elegant Nails Burton several times. Amazing manicure for today. The salon provides comfortable and ergonomic seating options, ensuring that customers are at ease during their treatment. The place is clean ! They took their time, was so precise and made sure I felt comfortable. Love this place sooo much.

Absolutely awful customer service, I was sat for over an hour waiting where 3 other people were seen before me. After showing a photo, I was told I couldn't have glitter unless I had a full new set which was absolutely not necessary in the slightest. I was then told which colour I had to have and was told it would cost me £45 for the most simple of nail art. After being spoken over in a different language very rudely, this resulted in me walking out of here - this business do not deserve the right to take anyones money with how unpleasant they are, I urge you to avoid here completely.

Amy was very lovely and extremely delicate and with my manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail with the design and shape was beyond amazing, and we had such a fun time together! All the staff were very professional and it was an overall great experience. Very happy and would recommend Elegant Nails Burton!

Elegant Nails did a great job. I got acrylic nails for the first time and they lasted so long! Great place! Easy to go to and feel relaxed. The place is clean ! Love this place sooo much. The staff members are trained in proper sterilization techniques, giving you peace of mind regarding hygiene.
