STOCKPORT LSH Auto - Another NEGATIVE review to add to many others !!Be very weary OR avoid at all costs !We own two V Classes which are religiously serviced and maintained year in and year out at this Dealer. Several hundred if not thousands are spent annually.Last week (070823) we took our black V Class for a main B service plus some other faults to be remedied £700+ invoice.Upon collection of the vehicle I noticed the front nearside alloy was freshly marked !I know 100% it wasn't there previously as I washed the vehicle the day before and it was taken straight to LSH the next morning. The tall gentleman who looked at the damage said he would look at the CCTV cameras and get back to me within 48 hours. Really ! You have cameras to cover every angle". "Yes sir".I thought to myself Right I'm not going to get anywhere with this !Looks like this is one of their regular responses in their "bag" as another reviewer Farooq Ahmad mentioned the same in a previous review. So it's now well over a week since the service and low and behold no contact has been received. I'm not at all surprised !Well there's another loyal customer lost plus revenue. These big companies should show some respect and focus more on customer service and do more.It is also very interesting to look at your Dash cam footage and see how Mercedes "mechanics" conduct themselves and their work ethic or lack of it.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Probably not as convenient

Van went in for a ridiculously experience service, when it came out had a massive oil leak that went unnoticed. It went back in to get resolved and get new brakes a few days later. The first trip out the add blue tank had been damaged that caused a leak that went all over the engine. This made the fan belt snap and ended up on the side of the motorway standed for hours. For it to go back yet again to be repaired. Then try to charge the company 750 pounds to be rescued I think its a absolute joke. Oh then the fuel gauge got stuck some how a week later and broke down again. Also the dash board gave up as was driving it.

First Time Experience at this dealership, a very pleasant first experience from start to finish. Everything progresses seamlessly from dropping the car off on arrival, greeting to hand over and choice of drinks and snacks whilst waiting. Not something I have experienced before. Viewing area if you wish see your vehicle on the ramps in the Workshop.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom until I got my handover, I have had 100% positive experience throughout. The whole team at the Stockport branch is very friendly and helpful. I would like to say a special thanks to Sumayyah Ashraf who guided us throughout the whole process and made our experience at Mercedes very smooth. She's very knowledgeable and was always available for any questions and help. This was my first experience purchasing from Mercedes and it's been a joyful one.

Worse new car experience ever!!!Brand new CLA45s: OU72XMP purchased from MB Oxford in September 2022 with a £15,000 deposit paid.November 2022, less than 2 months of ownership, total engine failure confirmed by MB Stockport. The sales team were persistent and contacted me frequently prior to purchasing the car, however their after sales service was non-existent.Having spoken to the general manager, new car sales manager, MB finance and customer services they did absolutely nothing but pass the buck.Andrew King – Operations manager MB StockportGrant Thomson – General manager MB OxfordAndrew Smith – new car sales manager at OxfordNo accountability or responsibility shown by Mercedes Benz Oxford / Stockport or the wider MB team. They had given me a courtesy car whilst they investigated. A car which I told was free yet later charged for.Today whilst at work they attended taking the courtesy car back with no warning leaving me stranded and unable to get home from work during the month of Ramadan.I had been so patient but, on this occasion, they took it a step too far, all of which was authorized by Andrew King at LSH auto.I strongly advise against anyone buying from MB all together.

Shoddy.I booked the vehicle in online for two issues. Added a couple more on arrival. Some of the work was warranty, some to be paid for. Very aggressive calls about paying. I asked about the primary job and was assured there was no problem. On pickup day I asked again about the primary job and was again assured it was not a problem. I got into vehicle, started it up and...you guessed it, the problem was still there. The aggressive service employee was either fibbing, and/or the mechanic was. How can you trust a garage that takes this approach to customers? I can't.I did raise it with a manager at the time and he was OK at responding (I see from reviews that he has had a lot of practice) but I will not be taking my vehicle there again. I cannot imagine this is what Mercedes Benz want as a representatives of their brand. Shoddy.

They scratches my car door, poor handling of my complain and refused to repair it. They admitted that the car on arrival was clean with no scratch and after a lot of calling and weeks of investigation they denied scratching my car.Never again . My advice don’t use them at all or take photo of your car before and on returning your car in presence of one of them

I first went to mercedes stockport in June 2023 on a recall. I got threatened, intimidated, bullied and harassed to drop the courtesy car back off on time or else be fined £150 as I was letting down another customer who had been promised the car in the morning, and apparently that was my fault. Now they have lost the paper work for that recall and have no idea about me bringing the car to them then. Coz they said the car has not been with them since 2017 which is rubbish coz it was at stockport in June. Then on Friday 25th August my car was in for a service and to have the brake pads and discs changed. During the time at Mercedes on the day they used the drill to try to take my locking nut off at the front drivers side. To which it seized and would not come off as they was forcing it. The locking key snapped and broke. Then they scratched my alloy wheel and damaged the locking nut. Now they are refusing to make it right and want to charge me another £240 to make it right coz apparently it my fault as I seized the nuts on and they are saying they have been over tightened. However I took my car to a 3rd party garage today and they had no problem taking off the other 3 wheels and locking nuts with the hand tools instead of a drill. Surprise surprise mercedes making more work than needed and then trying to bill the customer for work that should have never needed doing.I have lost all faith in mercedes and won’t be using them again. I have felt bullied, harassed, intimidated, upset, sad, and now the final straw is my car is damaged. I’m going to have to take it to court, but won’t give up coz I know the condition I dropped the car off to them in and how it was when I picked it up after the broke my locking nut key and 2 of their own .
