I recently went to Yo! with a visiting friend. Though it was a weekday so relatively quiet in comparison to previous visits, we had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, our server Melissa was very helpful recommending dishes and drinks to try. Would recommend a visit if you're looking for somewhere to break up the shopping!

Great sushi restaurant in Swindon Design Outlet. I had enjoyed eating my meal next to the conveyor belt and my meals were very delicious.

Very nice atmosphere, the food train concept is very nice, should definitely try once. Spent around £30 for 2 people.

Disappointing!!!As being first time here I wanted to get help from one of their staff members instead of taking the food from the belt. It took 2 people (3 with me) and about 10-12 minutes to complete a order. From 2 only one person knew how to use their devices efficiently.Second disappointing thing was that I received my order in plastic boxes and takeaway bag even if I was asked 3 times by 3 different people if I eat in or takeaway and for all 3 I answered clearly: “Eat In!!!”.,Asked them for plates to remove the food from plastic boxes and put on plates myself to not be embarrassed being the only person there with food in plastic boxes like it was bought from Tesco or ASDA(btw have nothing against them).Also the table was sticky even if it was looking cleanFrom 5 dishes 3 was with rice and that rice has had a weird taste so only Korean fried chicken and Guncan sriracha chicken was tasty, 2 good out of 5 dishes.A 3 star only out of my kindness!

We stood at the door for 10mins waiting to be seated in a half empty restaurant! I ordered a seafood ramen this did not come, I asked several times if it was coming and nobody checked on the progress or gave an indication of the time it would take to arrive. After 30minutes of waiting we left just paying for what we ate off the belt. Nobody apologized, this is the worse yo sushi I have been to!

Popped in here for a quick solo lunch following a meeting, because it was super quiet and I thought service would therefore be quick. I was wrong and almost missed my train back to London afterwards because of it.There was just one person working outside of the kitchen and though they were great, the understaffing meant they were run ragged when more people started to come in.I ordered three dishes including a yo roll and a handroll. The yo roll didn't have nearly enough masago around the edge - I'd say it was sprinkled at best. The handroll wasn't constructed properly so I had to redo it myself. These two took over 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen despite being ordered when there was only one other party in the place.The squeaky bean 'steak' yakitori was nice, but I was unsure about the temperature. It was warmer than room temp, but not hot...?The three dishes plus a coke came to £21, so very overpriced as yo is known to be, but I did know that going in.Tbh, the chain's restaurant model could do with a bit of an update. I rarely see anyone taking anything from the converyor belt, so why not repurpose it as a bullet train delivery system like cheap sushi places in Japan? This would save the wait staff's legs and mean quicker service. Look up Kura or Sushiro for more info.

Food was good. Love the design of the restaurant. Comfy seats and nice vibe. However we waited over 20+ mins for maki rolls.. took so long that the waiter seemed to go and make it themselves.
