Her guidance, care, understanding of our wishes and total focus made the service completely what our Mum would have wanted, she would have been delighted! James has been simply outstanding. I lost my little brother to very unfortunate and disturbing circumstances, and James has been nothing but a supportive, genuine and caring individual from start to finish. The personal touches, the respect shown to my brother, the efficiency of making this process as easy and painless as possible; all make for a superb level of service. James - words will never be enough to tell you how thankful I am to you for the support you have shown to me and my family. Thank you for your kindness, empathy and compassion while helping us arrange my dad's funeral. It was (and still is) a very difficult time for us, but Kate made the whole planning of dad's funeral as pain free as possible. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better either, and you made sure mum (and the rest of us) were comfortable on what will be the hardest day of her life. We could tell that the care dad received while in their care would have been first class. The ceremony itself was lovely and dad/his coffin was treated with so much love and respect. We have used this funeral director over the past year and they are just amazing. At a time when things can be overwhelming, they just take over and take the pressure off the family. I have been dealing with Sarah at Titchfield and she has been so friendly and efficient right from the start - we are on first name terms now. The process is respectful, helpful and nothing is too much trouble; with a 24 hour on call service there is no need to worry if the inevitable happens at midnight. Sarah explained the process, what we needed to do and what would happen next. I can't recommend them highly enough to take care of your loved ones.

Excellent personable service. Caring and sensitive - Sarah always seemed to be available no matter what time. The attention to detail and everything was brilliant. We all felt very happy with the choice that we had made for our Mum's funeral and burial that we did not hesitate to use again for our Dad.
