I said yes to the dress! BRIDE by Aster was the second bridal shop I visited and the only one I went back to. Hannah’s dresses are far and beyond what I found elsewhere in terms of quality and style, but the real icing on the cake was Hannah herself and her lovely team.My whole experience so far has been incredible, at the very first appointment Hannah sent over a PDF with loads of information on what to expect, do’s and don’ts of dress shopping which I thought was really helpful. The boutique itself is beautifully decorated and extremely private; this makes for a very intimate and special experience. When trying on dresses, Hannah had just the right balance between giving you time to yourself and giving her (very experienced) advice and input.Hannah worked with me to make some custom changes to a dress I fell in love with, and having never had anything custom before this could have been quite daunting, but I’m not overwhelmed at all and fully trust Hannah and her team.I can’t wait to pick up my dress, thank you so much Hannah for all your help in bringing my vision to life! BRIDE by Aster will be my top recommendation to anyone newly engaged!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience over my two appointments. Hannah and the rest of the team were so accommodating and really listened to what I wanted. After my first visit I had narrowed my style down but knew they had more dresses coming in that would suit this, so I came back a month later and found my dress. The options in the shop are fantastic, there's something for everyone, and you really will feel so comfortable with the ladies here. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Bride By Aster! Hannah is so lovely and 'unpushy'. I was quite nervous to go wedding dress shopping but Hannah makes it such an enjoyable experience. She has loads of gorgeous dresses and such a range of styles. I loved wearing my beautiful dress and I really liked that it was a bit different to what you see in typical Bridal shops!

Have had the best experience buying my dress from Hannah at her curvy store, Lush Bridal. Hannah was so unbelievably helpful and made the whole experience so wholesome and wonderful. She had the most gorgeous stock of wedding dresses. I was lucky to find 2 contenders for my final dress and Hannah let me know that the brand I was looking at would create a dress using my favourite elements from my final two picks! I've ended up with a completely personal dress and I feel a million dollars in it. I feel so lucky to have met Hannah and her team but also gutted that I won't need to be visiting her store again! ❤️❤️

Brides by aster was my first experience of wedding dress shopping and I was extremely nervous going in. Hannah emailed me support and encouragement ahead of the appointment which settled my nerves and absolutely set the tone from the start. We were made welcome and Hannah took time to find out what sort of styles I might like and explained how the process would work. She listened to my body hang ups with sincerity and was able to ease my concerns and still push me out of my comfort zone, which I struggled with at other boutiques. They also carried sizes that fit me better than other boutiques and Hannah was excellent at fitting them to me so you could see how it would look. So many small touches made my experience enjoyable, from the shot glass of dolly mixture down to taking off my Apple Watch because ‘it ruined the aesthetic’. I didn’t end up finding my dress at brides by aster, however, my experience and the service provided was flawless and I would absolutely recommend Hannah and her team to any of my friends.

I have nothing but praise for the Bride by Aster team. From beginning to end the whole process was amazing. Communication was fab throughout and the dress try on was supportive, fun and completely un-pressured. My mum and sister commented on how much fun they had at the appointment. I can confirm I had a very different experience at another Surrey bridal shop where I just felt like I was on a conveyor belt of brides.In summary, this is a model of how a business should be run - caring, kind and genuinely wanting to provide the best experience for brides. This can be quite rare in the wedding industry and I am SO happy this is where I bought my dress from!

Could not recommend a better shop!!! From enquiry to buying the service was incredible! Tania and Maria had the patience of saints whilst I tried on dresses! Supporting and reassuring me throughout! Found my perfect dress and Hannah was an absolute Gem for my second try on , helping me pick the perfect veil and accessories! When I walked into BRIDE by Aster I had already been to a few dress shops, and admittedly was feeling rather deflated! Hannah was an utter breath of fresh air and knows exactly how to make any woman feel a million dollars. All of the dresses were beautiful, and due to the range of sizes that she stocks, it was the first shop where I tried on a dress that actually fit me. All the way through the process Hannah was utterly fantastic! I felt that she was my number one cheerleader and best friend all rolled up in one even though we had just met. The minute that I tried 'Nelly' on, I knew that I had found the dress for me! From that day, the communication from Hannah was brilliant and I was really touched when she messaged me on the Day itself. Honestly, couldn't fault and really think that everyone should go and see Hannah!

I had the most amazing wedding dress appointment at Bride by Aster! This was my 5th wedding dress appointment and by far the best. Hannah and Tania made my mum, my sister and I feel so relaxed and at home as soon as we got there. We were given comfy slippers, a blanket and provided with tea and sweets. I got to select the dresses I wanted to try and I didn't feel rushed at all like I did in other appointments. Hannah and Tania were on hand to offer their expert advice but encouraged me to be descriptive about aspects I did and didn't like about each dress. I was then given a break and a dressing gown to wear whilst I looked through photos and videos and chose my favourite 2 dresses to try on again. I ended up choosing my wedding dress which was so exciting and I just felt so supported and comfortable during the whole process. I would highly recommend that as a bride to be you book an appointment at Bride by Aster - you won't regret it!

I would recommend everyone looking for a bridal gown to go to Hannah and the team here because you really are given a lovely experience! Far more relaxed than some other bridal boutiques (less rules" which I feel can be slightly unwelcoming) but with a beautiful range of designers and dresses. This shop is a must try for all brides looking because the whole experience is relaxed
