From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Maxine for the beautiful support she offered me and my brother. From the moment of my mother’s passing, Maxine provided guidance and support and her knowledge on running the funeral came in expertise. From our very first phone call she came across as understanding showing true empathy. Even though it was a hard time, Maxine made me feel safe. Safe in knowing my mum would have a beautiful send off. What impressed me was the fact I had mentioned my mum’s favourite colour was orange and on the day of the funeral the horse plumes, the riders and Maxine herself were in orange. This amazed me on a personal level. I felt Maxine went above and beyond in providing a comforting time in a vulnerable moment of my life. I had the pleasure of meeting Maxine and her husband this weekend at a funeral event, and i was truly inspired listening to Maxine discuss her many years of experience within the industry with such passion and care for the families they provide their services for.

Maxine and the team assisted and support our family through the whole process of my mother's funeral arrangements. There was nothing that was too much to ask. She is a truly blessed human being and went out of her way to minimize our stress levels. It felt more like dealing with a family member than a person we were meeting for the first time. From the time that we made contact with Bronzeash to look after the funeral of our Mum, we felt that she was in the hands of a dear friend. Maxine's warm nature took all the worry out of what would otherwise have been a very stressful time. She guided us through every step in the process which was handled with care, professionalism and attention to detail. Knowing that Mum was St Lucian, she even provided creole songs playing from the horse and carriage on Mum's last journey, which was very comforting for us. She made sure that Mum looked her best and was always efficient, personable and quick to respond to any of our questions.
