I made an order today and was charged £7.49 which is shipping cost to the highlands . After i paid this i was then contacted and told I had to pay another £8.98 because I was not on the mainland, I had customers so just paid until they left. I then checked there shipping page and read thisDPD Our UK Courier Service Is Next Working Day from the date of despatch (Monday to Friday) Delivery. This may be a 2 day service for Northern Ireland & Highlands & Islands.Delivery cost - £7.49 plus VAT per order up to 15kg - for orders above this weight a surcharge may be applied.My parcel weighed no where near 15kg as it was 14 balloons . I contacted Go International and found them to of no help at all and if I did asked for the £8.98 back as I did not have to pay this and spoke to a manager who was very condescending and very rude . I think if anyone had any problems with this company yoou would not get a satisfactory result. I would avoid

I have used this company for a while now and they are great. Website is brilliant, they have so much choice and ordering is so easy. Every delivery I've had is so quick, always comes the next day and they have saved me numerous times when I've needed something quickly. If there is ever an issue with something I've ordered, they call straight away and sort it out for me, they are friendly and helpful and their service is excellent, I can't fault it at all. I also called one time after I'd placed the order and asked if I could come and collect from them directly which they sorted out for me. Thank you so much!

Good products.Terrible customer service.Yet another big company that has no problem taking your money. But couldn't care less once they receive payment.Zero customer care whatsoever. Which is a shame. As they do offer good value for money.Check your order within 24HOURS to avoid any further disappointment. The refund policy is one that I have never experienced before. Should have known when there was very little or no mention of it anywhere on the site.Alternatively shop elsewhere, spend the few extra £s for decent customer service.

We have been using GO International for 30 years ever since they were working above the chip shop in Hitchin the service supplied then and now is amazing, nothing is ever to much and the staff are great when ever you have a question.Highly recommend George and his staff and will be using them for many years to come.

Used to buy my balloons from here, but had issues with the manager George Oustayiannis accusing me of stealing helium from their company! it’s a shame because the rest of the staff who work there are really helpful and it lets down the whole place having one bad apple.

I cannot rate the Customer Service I have received from Go International highly enough. George listened to the problems I was facing and really helped me source the products I needed quickly and effectively so I could continue providing a great service to my own customers and meet deadlines. The wide range of products available for both my floristry and balloon needs has been great and taken so much stress off me.
