the school i took over had been having trouble with the fire shutters on our kitchen, others had been in and quoted for the work, even the company that fitted them 9 years ago, most were on site for an hour or more and came back with really big prices, i found quay facilities on the net, an engineer arrived and found the problem in 10minutes I gave them the job and they have come back this year to service them again, no hassle, perfectly done.very happy, thank you all in the company, from the first call to the invoice.

Our electric roller shutter stopped working. Call Quay in the morning and they responded and had two operatives in attendance in the afternoon. they helped us out in operating the door and then quoted for repairs as it wasn't an instant repair. Kept me informed at all times. Turned up unexpectedly and repair our electric roller shutter door. Left it good working order. And the two lads who where in attendance did a great job, polite and vey helpful. Highly recommend Quay Facilities.

Fantastic response and service! We went to Quay Facilities for a shutter repair and they came the same day and fixed the shutter without major works and parts required. The engineers were great and quick to diagnose the issue and sorted it quickly. They also gave good advice on shutter maintenance and regulations. Will be using Quay for future works and servicing.
