Came across Mark, Liam and the team last summer by accident when my husband's car started with a fault and I was new to the area. On the back of their pleasant, honest and helpful dealings with hubby, I took my car to them recently when it was due a service and had also developed a fault with the power steering. They were brilliant. Fantastic and honest service from genuinely lovely people. Bent over backwards to help me whilst my little Peugeot was off the road, which made a massive difference to me and especially to my autistic son. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great setup here, really helpful and go out of their way to be friendly! In a world where trustworthy and friendly mechanics seem hard to come by - these guys shine.

Moved to the area and was looking for a new garage. This place ticks the boxes and they are super friendly.

Pulled out of the nearby caravan site to a new loud grinding and scuffing coming from the front nearside brake area. As the brakes still worked fine I gingerly headed towards Malvern in the hope a friendly garage might take a quick look.Saw the Field's sign on the Hanley Swan road and went in on the off chance they could assist.Liam immediately looked and quickly diagnosed the fault as a stone stuck between the brake and the heat shield, cleared it then put the car on the ramps and quickly checked/adjusted all four brake clearances.All staff were friendly and engaging and did a fantastic job.All OK back home in Bristol, 60 miles away. A big thank you to Fields.
