I took my computer tower to them to be repaired, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful; I have to wait a few days to find out the problem with it.Ladds is a firm that relies on word of mouth rather than advertising, and they have a really good reputation. I now have my tower back, they found the Graphics Driver was at fault and have loaded a new one and also put on a spare just in case. The graphics now are really sharp and I am well pleased. I can't praise them enough for customer service and their work.
