Bon Dabang cafe

Wow, what a find! Lovely looking cafe and very kind staff. The menu was pretty big and had so many incredible options that it took me a while to pick what I wanted. I didn't know if I would like Korean food, but I know now that I absolutely do. So so so delicious, I need to go back soon!

Truly amazing food. Fantastic service. Deserves to be heaving every day. Can't believe this is in the Sovereign Centre. We had the cupbaps which were fantastic. The best ginger tea I've ever had and the latte was addictive. Will be back again and again.

Lovely little restaurant, nice music and vibe, sat in while waiting for my takeaway, very relaxing. I had prawn tempura cupbap and it was so tasty but the real winner was the strawberry lemonade, I've been dreaming of it since, so so yummy. I walked back to work and food was still warm. For my meal and drink I spend £12.90, for the deliciousness I felt this was reasonably priced

I’ve been wanting to visit this place since it opened and I finally got to try it the other day; for one, I can definitely say that the food lives up to the standards that the beautiful interior of the cafe sets. I have been able to visit Korea twice over the past year, so i’ve had my fair share of experiences in Korean cafes which have left a lasting impression on me due to how boring most cafes in the Uk are, I had always thought that we should bring this creativity here and Bon dabang does completely that! The atmosphere of the cafe is so comforting, it really shows off the passion the owners must have for this place as they put in so much effort on just the general look of the place; this really payed off as the cafe has such a homely feel to it. The size of the menu really surprised me, there is a lot of options for vegetarians (which many places tend to lack, especially smaller businesses like this) and the drinks menu is to die for!! I can’t wait to be able to try each drink whenever I have the time. The croffles and the bingsu really stood out to me in this menu, these are two recent staples in Korean food that i’m excited to finally see in the Uk; I didn’t have the chance to try the bingsu yet, however, the croffle was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming back to have it again. Not only is the size of the menu impressive, but the presentation of the food is absolutely beautiful, it really captures the importance of aesthetics that most cafes in Korea take pride in, which really makes it an authentic experience. The food itself tastes amazing, I would definitely recommend trying anything on the menu, the quality of the food and the service really makes up for the prices. The owners here are extremely lovely and I can really see this place becoming extremely successful. I 1000% recommend visiting this place for an authentic Korean cafe experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fantastic food and great service in a relaxed atmosphere. This please deserves to do very well. Best lunch we’ve had in ages! So tasty. Could have taken more photos but the family ate it too quickly!

I bumped into Bon Dabang while visiting the Sovereign shoppoing center. I ordered a set of Korean foods from sweet rice pancake to veggie kimbap, tempura and avocado cupbap, and bulgogi (beef) chobap, all of which were superb! Surprised as all we ordered were just yummy. Croffle with hot americano was amazing! Will visit this place again!

First time here and enjoyed it a lot! Very friendly staff, relaxed and cosy atmosphere (surprising for the sovereign centre). All the tableware has a distinct vibe as well (I enjoyed the gold metal plates for example)I had a delicious & sweet dabang coffee and incredible vegetable dumplings - I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu next time.

Absolutely incredible food! Even their ginger tea seems to have a magical secret ingredient! Plenty of options for vegans and non vegans. Their Bingu Shaved Ice was to die for ❤️
