I’ve been working with Rob Pickering at ActionCOACH Reading & Wokingham for a little over four years now and I would highly recommend working business coaching to support the growth of any business.Working with Rob has meant I spend time focussed purely working ON my business rather than in it and this, in turn, has enabled me to grow my team and business to where we are today. To Peter and team,Thank you so much for your continued support over the last 4 years coaching me to manage and grow my business.When we started working together Pratts Pods was a small company, just me and the business had taken over my life. I attended Growth Club last Friday at Wokefield Park with Rob and his team. If you have any doubts about wether or not this course if for you then think again.Having the time to spend a whole day focusing on your business with the support of trained professionals as well as being able to interact with fellow business owners will prove it’s value time and time again over the coming months.I not only know what I want to achieve in the coming year but more importantly how I’m going to make it happen. I have been doing some group coaching for my relatively new small business with Doug recently who has been amazing! It's really made me think about how I want to grow my business and where it can go.
