I have completed my level 2 Customer Service and gained a Distinction!! I have in enjoyed my time and I am glad I completed the study programme. On the course I met new people, made new friends and my tutor Sabrina has been very supportive - she made the course fun! We went on trips and always had fun lessons. Thank you!

The AEB is a very good course to learn and improve your Maths and English as well as other skills such as CV building allow us to be work ready.

Skills training helped give me confidence to work with different people. The tutors give outstanding support to all students. Although i was far behind on work, the tutors reinforced me to work hard and i achieved a distinction in level 2 retail operations and customer service.

excellent centre tutors are helpful and the groups are very welcoming and the AEB course is really informative and the tutor is supportive and pushes us to succeed if I had to recommend the course I would 100%

I've enjoyed my experience at skills training . Ive made new friend's and got a merit for my customer service . The staff are very friendly and my tutor Sabrina is very helpful and caring .

Speaks too fast on the phone, tries to blind side you with information you don't need. Does not listen to what you are saying. Unsure where they get their information from. Think they need to rethink their telephone manner.

Members of staff was nice! When I first started people were playing up setting the fire alarm off and lots of bullying it was like being at school again luckily I didn’t really get bullied as such. Only thing was it was meant to lead to an apprenticeship had a few small jobs over the following years so it took a good 5 years after finishing skills training UK to find me the right apprenticeship and now working permanently!
