I have seen Catherine multiple times in the last year for some ongoing neck and shoulde r problems. She makes full use of the available time and works hard to address the issue and gives good advice throughout the treatment.

I have been going to Catherine for 3 years for massages & she has helped me alleviate a number of problems with my lower back and neck. Catherine is really lovely, easy to talk to and listens to how she can help me, offering advice on what exercises I can do at home to manage any ongoing muscle aches and pains. The massage is lovely and relaxing, a nice environment and I always leave an appointment feeling much better. I would definitely recommend Catherine.
