Absolutely hopeless. What kind of support do they think they are providing when they are only open for 3 half days a week, closing at 2pm. Pitiful

Marianne King has provided an outstanding level of customer service at this branch for years and has remained loyal to BOS throughout despite many of the ridiculous innovations her senior management have introduced during her time here. I only hope H.B.O.S are paying her what she's worth.
