I can't rate the team at Boatability high enough. From initial booking of the course all the way through to the training it was first class. I fantastic couple of days cram packed full of essential information for any powerboat owner or operator.Thanks Nick for the superb tuition and approach taken to covering all the material in an easily digestible way.I will certainly be back for my follow up courses.

Nick and the team at Boatability are simply the best. We decided to have all four of us (55 yr old male, similar aged female and two daughters 16 and 17) take the Powerboat level 2 course. Our instructors were patient, calm and explained everything clearly. We all had a fantastic 2 days and learnt a lot, although it didn’t feel like it at the time. Would highly recommend these guys and will be going back for further training to enhance our knowledge and open up a wider world of boating. Thank you Nick and the team.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Nick, Chris and Ken for dispensing a wealth of knowledge over this weekend for the powerboat level 2, powerboat handling course. So professional in the classroom and out on the boat. The weather was quite challenging wind wise but like Chris said, “you’ll learn more this way”.Anybody who is thinking of purchasing a boat needs to do this course. I have just finished my PL2 course with BOATABILITY. Nick and the team were excellent, patient and taught us a lot in two days. Well worth it if you are thinking of using a boat overseas and need to get your ICC. Powerboat Level 2 is the minimum requirement to get this. Also the harbour at Portsmouth is a great place to learn due to the shipping traffic, tides, winds and general hazards. Combining the classroom practical lessons and then putting it into practise is ideal. Looking forward to putting the learning into practise.

Did our level 2 Boatability there, Nick Lucas Harley and the whole team were really great, course was very well delivered with good mix of practice and theory. Very worth doing the trip down from London especially as Portsmouth is a real good place to learn as it can be quite a tricky area to navigate. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. Had a great weekend with these guys last weekend doing the Level 2 course. They really know what they are doing and are great instructors. If you are going to do RYA courses, this is the place to do it. Certainly going back to do my intermediate and advanced.The boats are really well looked after and this is an ideal place to learn how to control a boat.The classroom sessions are good and informative. I read the book before going, but you do not need to as they cover everything in the classroom sessions.You also get to see the harbour from the water side which makes for great pictures of the castle and town.
