Don't go to this shop! I thought it would be safer going to a chain than going to the phone repair kiosks in the local market but I had a really bad experience which has left me with a faulty screen, despite having paid them £100. I would've been much better off going to the kiosks, where I've had much quicker and better service in the past.First they replaced the screen with one which kept opening random screens and typing without me touching anything; then the screen cracked a day later despite being in a protective case. The crack meant the shop wouldn't replace it under warranty so I had to pay a further £25 to replace the faulty screen. Because my phone's a Motorola they didn't have the screen in stock (they only stock iPhones) but still made me pay in advance and then made me wait two weeks before they had the screen in stock. They then realised they had the wrong screen after all, but only after they'd taken the screen off my phone so I had to spend a day and a half without a phone while they waited for the right part. This meant my kids' nursery couldn't contact me when they were ill. When I finally picked up my phone it was a bad repair with glue everywhere and the screen *still* keeps opening random screens and typing without me touching it. And they tried to make me pay again! At this stage I'm not taking it back because I don't trust them to get it right, but my phone's in worse condition than when I brought it in.
