Catherine is absolutely amazing. She has made a huge difference to my life and I am forever grateful to her.I would throughly recommend her service and the creative therapy is such a calming way to relax.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the therapy sessions I've had to Catherine to-date. First and foremost, she spends time understanding you as a person, makes you feel at ease, gets to know what your personal challenges are and has provided me some great tools and ideas in which I can apply to my daily life. But perhaps more importantly, Catherine is just a wonderul person - she's so kind, generous and so easy to talk to which makes what can feel like a scary concept, feel totally natural. I went into therapy full of uncertainty and anxiety, and I can honestly say, just 10 weeks later I feel much better, with a greater understanding of my own 'challenges' and feeling much better equipped to overcome them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catherine to anyone seeking help or just wanting to better understand themselves and what makes them tick. I am so thankful for her support.

Catherine helped us with couples therapy after my diagnosis of ADHD and Autism. She helped us work through the challenges we faced as a couple. My teenager has been seeing Catherine regularly to help manage her OCD and anxiety. Catherine is amazing. I’ve been working with her nearly a year and she has made such a hugely positive impact on my life. I’ve been seeing Catherine for over a year now and our sessions together have been extremely helpful to me. Today our daughter did amazingly in her GCSE’s and that a huge part of that is down to you.I can’t believe how far we have come from the terrified and anxious teenager you met 3 years ago to today.
