I booked this company for multiple rides for a corporate meeting, and the exceeded my expectations. They were easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating, especially at the last minute some bookings required. Will absolutely use them going forward for future needs.

Shadow Carriage were fantastic to work with, super helpful and accommodating and really reliable. The vehicle was executive level and spotless and the driver was very efficient. The office team were great at reacting to changes and even extended the booking by an hour at short notice, happily changed pick up and drop off points and helpful in reacting to changes coming out of train cancellations. Would definitely recommend.

While visiting London and the countryside this summer we used this service three times. I had broken my arm and had very recent surgery so really wanted safe, secure and comfortable transport with a safe driver. Shadow really delivered on all counts.
