Fantastic gym, all the equipments are there. The prices do reflect the quality of the gum you get the what you actually get from the gym. The best part of the gym is that the staff are really helpful and forward in helping you achieve success on each of your visits. I would personally say that if this gym could install a security and safety function that will allow the gym to run 24/7 similar to puregym they would see a huge increase in visitors

Have had Charlotte as my PT since August this year. She’s super knowledgeable, keeps me motivated & wanting to work at my fitness. So far I’ve lost a stone in weight & more importantly have gained strength & have much more energy. I haven’t felt this healthy for a long time. I would definitely highly recommend her to anyone!The gym itself is also great, lots of equipment & lovely reception staff.

The reason why I join this gym a couple of years ago is because I felt uncomfortable in my own skin and I am still today. All I want to say is a big thank you to my lovely pt Niall. This man is absolutely diamond and is my hero and I couldn’t have done my journey without him. He makes me feel at ease with everything and couldn’t hit my pb’s without him. Very stylish Gym this is, has everything and more. Attended the Hatton Academy Fundamentals and Advanced Course - Absolutely class. Really impressed. The Master trainers Seb and Rachel are superb. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Energie Fitness since December and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It’s a really nice atmosphere!I have PT sessions with Adam, when I first joined, I’d never had a personal trainer before so I was a bit nervous but Adam was so kind and helpful! He took the time to listen to my goals and then each week plans to help me achieve them! Thanks so much Adam for your continued help, support, advice and your ability to listen to all my life troubles (and still being able to remember which rep I’m on at the same time!)

I first joined the gym last October - it took me a little while to get going ! As soon as I started I realised it wasn't scary or intimidating and everyone was really friendly - I started some PT with Adam and am still enjoying the variety of classes. Adam is a fab PT and has kept me motivated to reach my goals ! Would recommend to anyone considering a local gym.

Really friendly and welcoming gym, I’ve not previously been a member but I have attended through having PT’s with Charlotte, and also my daughter also having PT’s with her. We both really enjoy boxing training with her, and would highly recommend! On the back of training I have had with Charlotte I have decided to bite the bullet and join from Jan, can’t wait to get back into spinning.

I’ve been training with Charlotte for a few years now and cannot recommend her enough! Also being a member of the gym I go to a lot of the classes which are great! It’s such a lovely atmosphere all of the staff are super friendly and I couldn’t think of a better place to train!

I have visited this gym only once and it is perfect. However, I had to cancel my short membership as it is not 24 hours. Please could you consider making this 24hrs as the nearest one is 10 minutes away. I'm more than certain you will see custom throughout the night as you do with other gyms.
