Nick and Victoria and all the team at N S Wibberley have been incredibly helpful, efficient and flexible to our family and helped make organising our mother's funeral very straightforward and stress free. From the day Mum passed away to following up after the funeral they enabled us to focus on the positive side of remembering Mum. They were on hand for any minor issues arising and always had a helpful suggestion or a solution and they had great knowledge of options for the funeral, the service, flowers, music, reception but without being in any way pushy. They constantly went above and beyond to provide a bespoke funeral service for the family. They were able to accommodate the various Hindu customs our family wanted to follow. I cannot commend Nick and his team enough. He spent an hour with me on the 'phone when I was checking out options and subsequently his staff provided a perfect arrangement for the funeral which was a very simple woodland burial with just family and close friends at the graveside. He personally seemed to know exactly what we wanted on the day and my friends commended me on my choice of his company and commented on his care and attention.

I was really happy with the care, time, and commitment N. S. Wibberley Funeral Directors gave us in the funeral planning process of my dad. They explained every step of the way, talked us through all the options, and were available to answer all my questions day and night. Victoria and Nick provided an excellent service organising my Mum’s funeral. Highly empathetic and extremely well organised, removing the logistical load to give us the space to grieve and reflect.
