Really great team who look after their customers. I had a floor and edge sander (they're the cheapest around for the bona machines) and when one of them developed a minor fault they couldn't apologise enough- swapped it for a new one straight away and extended the hire to include the weekend at no extra cost.

George's old wooden boat sank, in the Kennet and Avon canal, two weeks ago, after an incident caused by a stag party on two hire boats.Alide hired out two 110-volt, high volume pumps to help refloat the boat. Along with another high volume petrol pump, George's boat was refloat last Monday.Thank you Alide for your curtious service and your generosity in wavering the hire charge.

Fantastic friendly service - I am not a professional contractor and they gave me great advice and the right kit for the job - competitively priced and slick hire and return process. I went in to hire a scissor lift and came out hiring some self build tower scaffold instead... Tony and Clive were really helpful and once I told them what I was planning they suggested the scaffold would be far more suitable. They were right! The price was good, the scaffold was delivered and collected close to the times requested and the job went smoothly with their suggestion. If you're unsure, like I was, their advice was priceless. Thanks guys - much appreciated.

When it comes to tool hire you simply can't go wrong with Alide Hire Services. Special thanks to Dan, the assistant manager at the Bath depot. His expert advice was extremely helpful on which generator would be suitable for our needs. It was delivered on time by a helpful, friendly driver. Would highly recommend. Nice to deal with a company where quality & service still count!

I don't usually leave reviews but all the staff here were so lovely and so helpful when the pressure washer I hired didn't fit in my car. Seriously amazing service, I would definitely hire from them again.
